Municipal Court

The Village of Pewaukee Municipal Court represents the judicial branch of government and provides a neutral setting for resolving Village ordinance and traffic violations. Our goal is to provide courteous, impartial, and efficient service while maintaining the legal and ethical requirements of the judiciary. Examples of cases heard in municipal court include first offense drunk driving, traffic, parking, disorderly conduct, truancy, underage alcohol, building code, and boating violations. The Village of Pewaukee Municipal Court hears both adult and juvenile cases, but except for traffic violations, juvenile cases are handled confidentially.
